What I Do
I translate learning needs into clear design decisions, usable content, and dependable systems.
Learning Design
I design structured learning solutions that align objectives, content, and assessment — so every course has a clear purpose and a logical path for the learner to follow.
Content Development
I develop modular learning materials built for consistency and reuse — so your content stays organized and scales cleanly across your LMS and digital platforms.
Learning Systems
I support LMS workflows, training documentation, and performance support systems that help teams work with consistency — and deliver training with confidence.
Featured Projects
Each project below starts with a real training challenge and ends with a working learning system. These are end-to-end — from design decisions to finished deliverables.
Customer Verification Simulation For Data Protection Training In Customer Support Operations
Problem: Customer support reps needed consistent, risk-free practice before handling real verification calls — without violating GDPR guidelines.
This interactive simulation provides guided practice in customer verification during live customer calls. Learners respond to realistic scenarios and select safe actions that protect customer information. The activity runs as a five-minute practice component within a structured training session and prepares learners for consistent verification before handling real customer interactions.
Multi-Format Learning Design Project: Basic Mountaineering Course
Problem: Beginner campers lacked structured guidance on safe mountaineering practices — and a single content format wasn’t enough to cover the range of learning needs.
This project focuses on designing learning materials that prepare beginner campers for safe and responsible mountaineering. The work includes three connected outputs: a short educational video, an interactive eLearning course storyboard, and a printable learner guide. Together, these materials teach Leave No Trace principles, backpack preparation, clothing layering, and responsible packing habits.
Interactive Game: Kitchen Hazard Hunt Of Kayumami Restaurant
Problem: Newly hired kitchen staff needed to recognize common safety hazards before their first shift — but traditional onboarding materials weren’t engaging enough to make it stick.
This interactive game forms part of the occupational safety training for newly hired kitchen staff at Kayumami Restaurant. The activity places learners inside a simulated kitchen environment where they inspect the workspace and identify common safety hazards before service begins.
The activity fits within the onboarding phase of staff training. It prepares new team members to recognize hazards early, act with confidence, and maintain a safe kitchen for both coworkers and customers.
