About Me
I work as an instructional designer focused on clarity, usability, and learning systems that support real work. My experience spans from administrative coordination, customer service, teaching, instructional design, and digital learning environments, which helps me stay grounded in how people learn and work day to day.
I started in junior high education, teaching multiple subjects and supporting learners across different settings. When learning moved online, I worked closely with digital tools to support instruction, coordination, and learner engagement. That experience sharpened my interest in learning design, content development, and systems that help people work and learn more clearly.
My work now centers on designing learning experiences, developing usable content, and supporting learning systems that operate within real constraints. I pay close attention to how people navigate tools, manage tasks, and apply learning in day-to-day settings.
