About Me

My career began in administrative coordination and student support in a college setting, where I worked closely with students, faculty, and daily operations. I managed schedules, organized records, and kept processes running smoothly — and learned early that dependable systems are what allow people to stay focused on their work.

My work expanded into customer service and later into teaching. I supported learners directly, answered questions, and guided people through tasks step by step. Those roles sharpened my communication and deepened my understanding of how people learn when instructions are clear and support is consistent.

During the pandemic, learning shifted quickly into digital environments. I adapted lessons for online delivery, coordinated learning activities remotely, and used digital tools to keep students engaged. That period introduced me to the technical side of instruction — and showed me how thoughtful planning and organized content keep learning on track, even during disruption.

That experience led me toward instructional design. I pursued formal study in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of the Philippines, applying what I learned to ongoing projects — organizing learning materials, improving delivery processes, and supporting teams responsible for training and development.

Today, my work centers on designing learning systems that help organizations deliver training with clarity and consistency. I organize knowledge into structured learning experiences, support dependable training delivery, and help teams build processes that scale across programs and learners.
