Instructional design for better decisions and useful action.
A selection of projects across instructional design, eLearning development, scenario-based learning, simulations, courses, and digital learning resources. Each project responds to a specific learner, task, context, or performance need. The case studies explain the design decisions, tools, and learning activities behind the work.
Featured Case Study
Kitchen Hazard Game
A timed Storyline 360 activity for kitchen safety onboarding. Learners inspect a kitchen scene, identify nine hazards, and receive immediate feedback on their choices. The design gives new staff a short opportunity to practise hazard recognition before applying the procedure in a kitchen setting.
Different learning contexts. Specific performance needs.
These projects show how I connect learner needs with useful practice, clear feedback, and suitable digital formats.
Guided scenario practice · Data protection · Storyline 360
Customer Verification Simulation
A five-minute simulation for customer service representatives. Learners practise applying verification steps during a customer interaction and receive feedback on their responses.
Branching scenario · MENA sales negotiation · Storyline 360
Building Rapport & Trust
A branching practice activity for professionals handling a client-renewal conversation. Learners select responses and consider how their communication choices may affect trust during the interaction.
Branching scenario · Leadership communication · Twine
Feedback & Leadership Conversation Simulator
A working Twine prototype for first-time team leads. Learners practise feedback conversations and consider how tone, clarity, and timing can influence the next response.
Blended learning · Job-search skills · Moodle and Zoom
Practical AI Tools for Job Seekers
A week-long blended course in which early-career applicants use ChatGPT, Gmail, and Notion for job-search tasks. The activities keep personal judgement part of the process rather than treating tool output as the final answer.
LMS course · Community learning · Moodle
Community Animal Welfare Microlearning
A low-bandwidth Moodle course focused on recognising cruelty and neglect, following safe reporting steps, and identifying one practical welfare action.
Learning resource · Outdoor education · Video, eLearning, and printable materials
Basic Mountaineering Learning Materials
A connected set of learning materials for beginner campers. The resources support gear preparation, safety planning, and responsible outdoor practices across digital and printable formats.
Instructional design for better decisions and useful action.
A selection of projects in instructional design, eLearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, blended learning, and learning resources.
Each project connects a learner, a task, a design decision, and a behavior to practise.
